God's Truth - Unchanged

There are many millions of religious organizations giving just as many sermon messages over the pulpit, published in books, recorded, or accessed from the Web, but most fall far short of the unchanging truth of God’s Word.  Satan has deceived millions to read, listen to, or accept messages that do not teach the full counsel of God on many issues of faith and trust.

The majority of these religious messages do not give New Testament teaching on finances (how to use money but not store it up for the future), or God’s plan of divine healing (through faith on the Son of God without using medicine or going to a hospital).

These ministers do not teach about trusting God to right injustices (without hiring a lawyer), nor do they teach how a person should obtain what is needed in life (without depending on human plans, using force, going into debt, or accessing laid-up cash like the world).  They do not teach about divine protection (without the use of devices or weapons), and they do not advise their listeners to be Christ-like in all responses and decisions.

Unchanged            Any truth that is given in speech or in a written message must come directly from the Bible, where God tells of His divine plan for protection, provisions, finances, health, healing, and having the sin nature removed, so that His divine nature can be put in place to control our life.  New Testament teaching is to be our standard of living for every aspect of life.  If other church ministers are not teaching that, then they are not giving the unchanging truth of God’s Word—a truth that cannot be changed.  Malachi 3:6 "I the LORD do not change.”

In most cases, these church ministers follow the ways and plans of the world for protection, finances, and healing.  They do not live a life of trust on God themselves, so they do not teach their listeners about true faith in Christ or trust on God for things in this present life.  All too many just say “Lord, Lord” but do not do the will of God concerning real-life issues.  Matthew 7:21 "Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”  The will of the Father is to trust Him in believing faith for everything in life.

If anyone does not believe, nor trust God, but rather follows the world in unbelief, they would not be able to teach anyone else God’s truth from God’s Word.  The Holy Spirit within a person’s heart enables them to understand and teach the full truth of the holy Scriptures.  John 14:17 ”That Spirit the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him.  You know Him, because He remains by your side and is in you.”  Also 2 Corinthians 4:4 ”The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.”

The divine principles of truth that God inspired to be written for us, and which He has so graciously revealed to anyone willing to believe, cannot be changed by anyone.  No matter who is speaking or who is writing the sermon, the message would have to be according to Bible teaching and example, for it to be the valuable and unchanging truth of God’s holy Word.

Any religious message given, no matter how it is worded or who is giving it, must be according to the instructions of Christ, because Jesus said John 14:6 "I am the way and the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.”

If anyone is not teaching their listeners to live a life of trust on the divine power of God, then they are not giving the same truth Jesus gave and they are not speaking a message that is inspired by the Holy Spirit.  Such teaching is not through Christ, nor is it in Christ, so it is not God’s unchanging truth of Scripture.

Living God’s truth of the Bible, and being prepared to meet Jesus by the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit, is not just speaking our faith nor saying we believe, it is living God’s truth and living by faith, like anyone would who truly believed in Jesus Christ and on the power of His atonement sacrifice.  If anyone truly loved Jesus, they would believe Him, and they would follow His instructions.  It does not matter how we say God’s truth, but it has to be His truth, and we do have to live it.  John 14:15 "If you love me, you will obey what I command.”

When we decide to live by the truth of God’s Word, there will be spiritual growth, and scriptural decisions will be made regarding daily situations.  We first decide to obey Christ’s commands, as He spoke them and as they are recorded in the New Testament.  These principles of truth are in many Bible verses.

Luke 9:62 Jesus said, "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God."  We must not desire to go back to the ways and plans and no faith of the world.  Hebrews 6:4-6 ”For it is impossible to restore to repentance those who were once enlightened—those who have experienced the good things of heaven and shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the power of the age to come—and who then turn away from God.  It is impossible to bring such people to repentance again because they are nailing the Son of God to the cross again by rejecting him, holding him up to public shame.”

Many church ministers are quoting Scripture verses, but at the same time are trusting in the plans and ways of the world, rather than living a life of faith on the living God.  Since they do not live by faith, they are not teaching others to trust God for healing, finances, protection, and avenging wrongs done to them.

Jesus already broke Satan’s power on the cross, so they have no excuse not to trust in God’s divine power.  There is no need for Jesus to die on the cross again.  Hebrews 10:12 “When this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God.”  Galatians 6:7 “Do not deceive yourselves.  God is not to be scoffed at.”

The average message heard over radio, or read in religious books, does not speak on the subject of full obedience to Christ, nor teach that a true believer must be willing to follow the instructions in Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount Matthew 5, 6, & 7.  Most ministers do not trust (and do not teach others) to trust God for finances.

They do not trust God for protection under the blood of Christ, and they totally reject God’s divine healing plan of faith in the atonement of Christ.  To not trust God for money, protection, or healing is unbelief, and Scripture says that unbelievers do not receive the Holy Spirit, so they would not be able, nor inspired, to teach God’s full truth.

If we were to look into the matter, it would be apparent that most of these religious organizations own real estate (which Jesus taught against), and they trust on laid-up money in banks (in opposition to Jesus’ instructions to lay-up treasure in heaven) Matthew 6:19.  These religious groups take responsibility for (purchase and sign for) all types of financial insurance to protect their property.  All insurance is in rebellion to God because it eliminates faith on God—a believing and trusting faith that He requires.  Exodus 34:14 ”Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.”

They also agree to hospital care at the first sign of health problems, and sue each other in a court of law for any injustice against them, rather than placing the matter in God’s hands.  Romans 12:19 “Dear friends, never avenge yourselves.  Leave that to God.  For it is written, ‘I will take vengeance; I will repay those who deserve it,’ says the Lord.”  Owning real estate, laying up treasure on earth, buying insurance, and trusting in the medical world is not God’s truth and will not get anyone into heaven—everyone must know that, if they want to know God’s unchanging Truth.

Every part of our life must be in God’s hands for His control—every part!  Our attitudes, responses, and decisions must be scriptural and according to the Word of God.  It is possible to be scriptural in these things, because the Holy Spirit is given to anyone who is willing to believe and accept God’s truth as their standard of living.  The Holy Spirit is given to believers only.  When we have God’s Spirit, we can respond to everything according to the Word, because God’s Spirit inspired the words of the Bible.

God’s Spirit within is all the spiritual light anyone would need to live a righteous life of believing faith in Christ, and be prepared for eternal life.  Acts 4:12 “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

Teaching people to trust God alone for everything in this life—including spiritual growth and holiness, is vitally important because God is waiting to teach us how to live by faith and how to trust in the atonement of His Son.  Our part is to just be willing to listen, learn, practice the Word, and grow in faith.

God is waiting for our response, and He wants to teach us what we need to know about Him, His Son, and the Holy Spirit.  God wants to train us to meet every situation in life according to His Word, but we have to ask in faith for His help.  Hebrews 12:14 “Try to live in peace with everyone, and seek to live a clean and holy life, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord.”

Teaching people to have faith in Christ, and to trust God for salvation, can be said in many different ways and with many different words, but God’s truth always remains the same.  God’s truth is unchanged because He is unchanged Malachi 3:6; James 1:17

God is to be the Deliverer, the Protector, the Supplier, and the Healer of His true people who will place their trust on His Word, His promises, and His divine power.  Placing a believing trust on God is the true Christian life of faith in Christ, because—God’s truth remains unchanged forever. A believing & trusting faith in the atonement sacrifice of Jesus is the answer.
